Oatmeal Stout

The addition of oatmeal in this beer adds a smooth and rich body to the oatmeal stout. It is dark brown in color and has a roasted malt flavor with notes of caramel.

One of our favorite beers, this fine drink is a golden colored beer with a good malt with a definite hop accent in both flowery bouquet and dry finish.

The Autumn Wheat is a smooth malty style beer. gold to light amber. They are medium to full-bodied, emphasizing the malty flavors.

Irish Red
The Irish red is a light red amber to light brown beer in color range. It has a pleasant toasted malt character and a candy like caramel sweetness. This type of ale is lightly hopped with a low levels of fruity ester and aroma.

The Maibock has the same characteristics as a traditional bock beer including maltiness, strength, and palate fullness. Maibock is generally lighter in color with a gold to light amber hue. They are medium to full-bodied emphasizing the malty flavors. SRM 7.9 IBU 29.5

Our root beer on tap is made here at Koontz Lake brewery. It has a rich flavor with hints of vanilla and low carbonation. Which makes is incredibly smooth and very enjoyable.
Koontz Lake IPA

This is not your average IPA, this IPA is a well rounded full flavored IPA. It has the wonderful balance malt and Citra hops to make it a great IPA.Â
